The inaugural version of the Startups Employees Love program saw over 53,000 employees from 150+ startups participate. All participating startups undertook our proprietary employee NPS-driven survey to measure and identify improvement areas related to their org health (people, policies, and processes).
Program participation (including survey roll-out and basic access to the reports dashboard) is completely free of charge. Furthermore, Startups Employees Love is not a jury based program. The results are decided by PeopleCues, an all-in-one employee experience tool that motivates people to deliver ambitious goals and become better versions of themselves.
